You gotta put in the work and effort for any help in return. You gotta go 50 and they'll go the other 50..it's all about meeting them halfway. You can't expect someone to do your work for you and take credit or anything.

Question: Have you ever thought it was okay to ask someone for help and then you have them do all the work? If so, why? Explain your reasonings.
